WHO WE ARE.

Welcome to BrickTings. With a decade of graphic design experience under our belt we take immense pride in crafting bespoke custom minifigure and droids. Our journey began with a passion for LEGO during childhood that has followed us well into adulthood. Combining our passion of LEGO and creative works got us where we are today and we absolutely love what we do. We can’t thank the community and our supporters enough for getting behind our small business. It’s so awesome to see collectors proudly displaying our customs and we love receiving messages and tagged photos showing us your collections.

Beyond our customs crafting we try to foster a sense of belonging within the community. We cherish the connections we’ve forged with fellow enthusiasts and continually seek inspiration from their creativity and passion. Together we share the joy of collecting. What printing methods do you use?

All of our customs are created using specialist UV printing methods

Will any of your older designs be reprinted?

We limit our droid/minifigures to normally 40 per run and we do not reprint the same designs again so once they’re gone they’re gone. This helps us push our creativity ensuring there are always new and unique designed custom minifigures available on our sites rather than just the same stuff reprinted.

How long is shipping?

Within the UK shipping will normally be with 3-5 working days. For customers in Europe you can expect between 2-3 weeks and for the USA and rest of the world can expect between 3-4 weeks

Do your products use real LEGO elements?

All of our custom designed minifigures and droids use official LEGO elements unless otherwise stated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for general sale items within 14 days of days of receipt but the return costs for shipping will be down to the customer to pay. Once we have the items back with us we will issue a full refund minus any initial shipping costs to you normally with 5 working days. We cannot accept returns for any customized/personalised items that have been purchased.

My order was lost/damaged

We’re sorry to hear your order has been lost or damaged, please get in touch with us via brick-tings@outlook.com listing your order number and we will ensure a replacement or refund is provided for your ordered items.

Do you take commissions?

Both our specialist design services and UV printing are available for commissions. We can design for you based on a brief or you can provide your own designs for print work. Please note however we are unable to print any company logos or branding on Lego elements. There are no minimum order quantities for printing commissions but price will be depending on how many units you require( the more you buy the lower the price) please email us to discuss your ideas.
